Terms of service
Effective from 15.1.2025
JT eCommerce Oy (Business ID: 3455506-3) sells products to private individuals and businesses within EU. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and shipping costs.
ORDERING
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment at checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact details requested during the order process are used solely for order delivery or to resolve any issues related to the order. By placing an order, you are expected to review and accept the current terms and conditions.
ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
After a successful order, a confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address. Sending confirmation emails requires a valid email address during checkout.
DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping costs will be displayed after selecting the payment and delivery method. Orders are delivered as registered (e.g., tracked parcels) or unregistered deliveries. Registered shipments can be tracked with a tracking number.
DELIVERY TIME
Typical delivery times within EU are 2-8 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific delivery times may be indicated for certain products. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages resulting from delays. Any exceptional delivery times will be announced on the online store's homepage.
WARRANTY
The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing errors until the last day of the warranty period, calculated from the order date.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right to exchange or return your entire order, or part of it, within 14 days of receiving it. The return policy applies only to unused and resaleable products in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed using the payment method originally used for the purchase. Returns are free of charge.

If your product is lost or damaged during shipping or does not match your order, you must report the issue within 14 days to info@northlumen.eu. If the package is damaged during shipping, you must immediately file a claim with the shipping company.
Uncollected Shipments
An uncollected shipment is not considered a valid return under the Consumer Protection Act but is treated as a breach of contract by the buyer. In such cases, we will automatically charge a fee of €25 for postage and handling costs. The online store reserves the right to claim compensation for costs incurred due to the breach of contract.
